it was nothing technical about NTRO , I m not saying that , chief of that said in an interview . It had some political agendas & few wr wanting extra powers , those wr accommodated , as it had no specific structure , internal seniority conflicts with other branches of army leads to its abolishment .Ur story is just a picture that was created intentionally to give some reason for common .
