Group 2 kinda cryptic, but might be to do with the way our relationship ended. I have no shame. I'm not perfect, I did my best. And even in my pain, kept putting aside my healing to help him. All the while feeling like I was having a nervous breakdown. No, I have nothing to be ashamed of. It took me a long time to see it wasn't my responsibility to take care of his feelings over my own.
