I think unknown is a pay to your sins, because when you get corrupted it says something like "You have took their lives" and that means you will repay for it

BUT killing same player twice doesn't count toward corruption, so you are safe to kill rogue player who took in their possession art d. You still can survive albino attack with art d, but this reset everything including corruption and its progression. If you plan to go to lab or do witness with someone you may take art d, if you don't want albino to end the run.

I have a theory that unknown isn't even real I think that unknown is the embodiment of a characters regret, character goes insane from realization that he killed someone and more people you kill more regret rises, and character starting to have a hallucinations where killed by character people put moral pressure on the character And then on one night character desides to end its all and doing what you thinking I can't say that it was originally idea but still i think its pretty interesting idea
i killed two blood stained murderers in order to protect myself then i heard an odd version of the scare sound (implying a monster is in this territory like stan but sounded different) i didn't have the achievement so i just slept there intentionally to get the badge wasn't really fair slaughter ME trying to defend myself was it?
