the combo did not get patched in the season one update. if it’s not working you’re not doing it fast enough. edit: you need the make it raindog perk or it will not work.
honestly, the best way to start it is to be cringe and spam down air. the forward air is extremely hard to start it off of in game but down air is pretty easy.
specifically, they made it so there is more frames before you can use her neutral down, its still possible but so much harder that its almost “patched”

At first I thought I wasn't DI properly or wasn't timing my dodges correctly but to see that it's an actually infinite combo is nuts. Not to mention it has a confirm to it, nah fam. Get it out lol
at first i thought it would be hard to hit in game due to ping and delay but after you get the hang of it it’s not hard to pull of consistent in game. almost every character has one of these though and they all need to be nerfed.
@@Decy I do see some chars with good true combos but Harley's is uniquely overpowered because not only can she keep doing the combo with attack delay but she can also change the direction of the combo.
