How to use 78% ethyl alcohol in perfumery? What should be the composition of fixatives for base as woody, middle as floral and top as musky?

78% Ethyl Alcohol: 70-75%
Fragrance Oils : 15-20%
DPG (Dipropylene Glycol): 5-10% (helps dissolve fragrance oils and improves longevity)
Fixatives: 1-5% (depending on strength needed)

You can , use alco. with synthetic oils not essential oils for best result.
