0:34 - 250 g of mascarpone.
0:39 - 400 ml of already sweetened cream.
1:05 - 3 tablespoons of lotus biscoff cream.
Place in the freezer for 1 hour.

Lotus cream is the also called Biscoff paste. Lotus is the brand name of Biscoff biscuits (cookies). You can get it in supermarkets in the UK. Biscoff biscuits (cookies) are made from caramelised sugar and are very sweet. Not sure if it is available everywhere.

Those wafer cookies aren't very sweet and the only sweetener in the cream is 3 tbsp of biscoff cream. Not sure about this one.

Ma la crema di Lotus contiene olio di palma? I biscottini si. Un vero peccato perché sono così buoni... Ma santo cielo potrebbero metterlo dal prodotto, tanti come me non li comprano per questo ❤❤❤
