The garages only fill your truck up to 200 liters of fuel (even though it can fill you from 1 liter to 200 it won't fill a drop more) so make sure to either visit a fuel station right after or have a truck with a fuel cistern ready to fill you up further (I just completed the Hill today and used basically only the two green C-trucks, one for medium log transport, and the other for fuel and winch assistance). I suppose it's also worth noting that any fuel cisterns or attachments you put on your truck at the garage will not be filled up either and must be taken to a fuel station... Once again being easy on the throttle can many times get you out of a mudpit that you get stuck in going full throttle. I find that sometimes it also helps with those annoying branches on the ground... And once again, great video Kurt! Fight on!
***** I don't know much about laptop cards but from what I can see the game's minimum req's aren't that high so you'll probably be fine. If you're unsure try finding out if there are others who have played the game with similar setups (cpu, gpu, ram) and see if it worked for them.
If you want a real challenge, you should try the Flood map, they don't give you a garage, you have to get to it. I hooked the orange truck to the garage trailer then towed the blue truck which had the garage carriage. You have to cross a vast flooded plain to get to the garage, very slowly, and barely with enough fuel or repair points. Have fun if you try it, totally not trying to stress you to death.
This sort of mud makes me wonder why Rolligon trucks like the "Dodge power Wagon" and the "Albee Rolligon" (look them up, they're awesome) never made it big. They had such low ground pressure that you would be quite safe having one roll over you (this was also proven by several people).
Nixod Oh wow, those are cool. Looks like it might have problems with clearance, and could lose traction on uneven terrain. Seems great for established roads made of soft or loose material.
Tlaloc_Temporal The tyres are big squishy airbags, and you can adjust the pressure on each roller from the cabin, I don't know if that would help with getting over uneven terrain though.
Nixod Sounds like a long tedious process for any distance. They do well where they're used already, like ice, sand dunes, and established non-road surfaces. Just not quite wilderness paths I guess.
I don't even own this game and I noticed that right off the bat! But I mean when you are playing and commentating at the same time it's hard to notice every little thing.
