As a fellow teacher, I think we deserve that new planner! I love the Pal system. It's nice that your videos put a different spin on them. Also, Zuniaberry just released an organizing system for elementary teachers. It looks very interesting. I teach High School or I would have jumped right on it! She is thinking about making one for older grades. Take a peek at it and let us know what you think! Please continue to share your talents with us!

How long do. You fast and when do you let yaself eat?

I like to fast 36 hours at a time. At least 2 times a week. But the goal would be every other day.
