He has ok voice in my opinion. Most of his song doesn’t show much voice range. New singers these days can and do better. However he is great for his time and his songs have deep meaning.
If you don’t think his songs/music are great, you don’t know what true Hmong music is. Newer singers are American copycats, and they don't speak Hmong.😂😂😂
Touly is truly and utterly the most amazing all time Hmong singer back in the 80/90’s but I still listen to all his songs and these two he sung are my favorite songs they are so timeless and beautiful 😊😊😊😊
That's what I thought too.....sorry for your loss....just finished catching up with the other videos. I am so glad families and friends celebrated his life before he rested in peace. He is no longer in pain and I am sure what the families and friends did here, will not be living in regrets because you guys celebrated with him.

It was a celebration party for the guy in the front(Ying). He was going through cancer and passed away not too long after the party.😢
