The ground has to be pretty dry to get the weeds and as he said it doesn't get the roots. I recently purchased one and used it in a garden bed that was being overtaken by ground cover (grrr) it did get some of the roots, but I think a regular hoe might work better. I'm unable to bend and get down to yank those bad boys out by hand so I tried this type of hoe.
Before yesterday I thought a Scuffle Hoe was a woman from a bad neighborhood, boy was I wrong! They are difficult to find in the Chattanooga area but I finally found one and it's great.
@@patriciaalvarez3006 Only the tools are hard to find in Chattanooga. I've never gone looking for the other, I'll do my hoin in the garden ! lol We use the tools so much that we both have one. I don't know why they aren't more popular.
Scuffle hoe, stirrup hoe, hula hoe. Whatever you choose to call this tool, it is a great weeding and light cultivation garden tool. If you are working raised beds, there is a smaller version thats perfect, called the mini hula hoe! I fell in love with that one the minute I saw it and knew I had to have it! : )
Yes, we use this as well. Sorry, I had to stop the video, your bouncy camera was too much to watch. Next video mount the camera. A bouncy moving subject is okay, bouncy camera is similar to blinking lights, can make one nauseous.
Good morning
I have watched several of these videos. So I went and bought one that thing is amazing I love it.

That was some hard packed soil, you need a (4 prong)potato hoe. Than a stirrip hoe to maintain
Love tomato cages great idea 👍

I'm a believer in gun laws but you got me at the 9mm. Funny! I've got the ammo but haven't got the gun. Mail it to me, will ya?
