Key Points Translation for you guys:
1. Nobu says that due to the circuit still being half/semi-wet, the car scored 1:04:7 but maybe it could do 1:03 if the weather was dry.
2. It's a very good setup as expected of HKS but the Super Charger has too much power that it causes torque-steer/understeer so you will need to adjust the power with your skill.
3. He is very impressed with the hybrid sports car CR-Z.
4. However, the OEM CR-Z really lacks power and it feels lonely without the power. The HKS supercharger kit solves the issue and he is very happy with the power.
5. He recommends you get the HKS SC kit if you already own a CR-Z. Maybe you will be able to compete in the Nissan Silvia class. (Perhaps he is referring to S15/S14)
