Porcelain Painting Salon O-dishです。いつもは白磁に描いておりますが、今回はガラスに絵付けをするグラスペインティングの動画です。
ガラスに絵付けた場合も焼成をして仕上げます。今回の作品は550℃で焼成しました。絵の具もガラス専用の上絵の具が必要です。
筆やペインティングオイル等は、白磁絵付けの時と同じものを使用します。
It is Porcelain Painting Salon O-dish. I usually paint in white porcelain, but this time I paint on glass.
Even when painting on glass, it is finished by firing. This work was fired at 550℃. Paints for glass are also required.
Use the same brush and painting oil as for white porcelain painting.

【ポーセリンペインティング】とは、鉱物粉からなる上絵具を用いて筆で白磁器に手描きで絵付けをした後、約800℃ほどで焼成をし、陰影など必要に応じて再度、絵付けと焼成を繰り返し施して仕上げていく、世界的ににも認知される最も高貴な歴史ある工芸のひとつです。
[Porcelain painting] means to paint on white porcelain by hand with a brush using mineral paint, and then fire at about 800°C, and if necessary, paint again. It is one of the world's most noble and historic crafts that is repeatedly fired and finished.
【Medium】
The medium I use is a slow drying oil (open medium) called painting oil. Painting oil contains balsam for fixing and mixing oil for kneading paint.
