If you are trying to quickly dash you gotta go practice and learn how to side step quickly before dashing through the minion again to keep yasuo going forward. If you watch it in slow motion you need to step diagonally behind the minion to position yourself to dash forward again without dashing sideways which often happens to newer yasuo.
