I am so tired of hearing people say groceries are more expensive today as compared to 2020. Im angry because gas isnt $.79 cents a gallon like it was in 1980 but nothing stays the same. I am glad my wages are higher than $3.50/hr. the amount I earned in 1980. My true concern is how corporations are earning record profits and wages are stagnate. Im troubled by the idea that a house/apartment which cost $500.00 to rent in 2000 now rents for 1500 - 1750 with now improvements added to upgrade it.

As an independent, I wish I lived in Nebraska. I will be voting blue but we don’t have another choice. I also have to say, I agree with most of Harris’s policy stances so it’s not a problem for this election. The two party system is flawed and we’re watching it go down in flames. MAGA can never be allowed as a party.

When Deb Fischer put out a campaign ad vilifying Dan Osborn for not supporting Trump, she lost any respect that I might have had for her. I am an independent. I don’t vote for me. I vote with the good of our country in mind. I live in the blue dot district and will be voting Dan Osborn. We need people who are here for the people.
