Love the Gold Coast. Lived in Kingscliff for six months and had a bloody great time. I don’t remember Surfers looking so huge. Well that was almost 25 years ago. Looking great though! Makes me wanna go back! Cheers from Germany!

Totally overdeveloped hole, full of empty shops , and drunks, was a Great place in the 70s - early 80s now its horrible. Do yourself a favour folks , if you wish to stay at the Gold Coast , stay at Broadbeach , much nicer.
The world has been in a pandemic, empty shops all over the world, homeless in New York yes.

Overdeveloped yes, but how do you stop it anywhere.
