Not sure if anyone has corrected you guys but it’s just Salvadoran :) there’s no “el” when mentioning our ethnicity! :-) The one El is in El Salvador, other than that you’ll describe it as “Salvadoran food” “Salvadoran people” etc :3

Sabes la diferencia entre sushi y sashimi en como se comen ? Entonces mejor no digas en como comer las pupusas. Ya caen mal que sigan diciendo como comerlas.

That white sauce is "crema" (cream). In the states the sour cream is the one that people comsume the most. This one is not sour.
