CHRISTMAS DAY VLOG 2019

- Hi you guys! I hope you enjoy spending our Christmas day with us! We love you all so much and appreciate all of your support!
Praline recipe:
in saucepan mix together:
2 cups sugar
2/3 cup milk
1/3 cup salted butter
Boil mixture in saucepan only stirring as little as necessary.
While that mixture is coming to a boil, melt 1/3 cup sugar in a separate pan. Make sure you do not burn the sugar. It is tricky to get the sugar to melt and the first mixture to boil at the same time.
When first mixture reaches a boil, pour in sugar and stir vigorously.
Continue until mixture reaches soft ball stage.
Remove from heat and add 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans.
Beat mixture until it loosens and looses it's shine.
When ready, drop by TBSP on lightly salted wax paper.
Makes about 2 dozen
**This recipe takes practice so be patient with yourself if t takes a few times!

I'm doing good from the surgery. Still having arm and elbow pain, but doctor said it would be 6 weeks so I'm trying to be patient. :)

Enjoyed the video. Linders dark chocolates are my favorite too. Lol 5 kids in five years. That my mom. She had 4 in 4 years. We're all a year apart. Except me and my youngest sister..we are the middle 2. And we are 10months apart. It's funny because for almost 2 months a year we're the same age. I think we're all called Irish twins.
