Interesting fact: The supposed "6th Gen fighter" seen at Groom Lake ("Area 51") has a shadow that goes in the opposite direction of the temp structure over it and the hangars. This seems to suggest that the image of the "fighter" is simply artwork on a tarp over a collapsible temporary structure that MAY have been erected over an aircraft.
There's a fun Weather Channel (US) series called What On Earth? that gets intriguing satellite images, asks intrigued scientists what they think they are (cold guessing) and then finds actual site footage that explains what the strange formations/constructions are.
Indeed, i've been watching that as well, and that's where i also saw the "Beatrixpark Dock Murder Spot", which is actually in the town that i live in. I knew about the "rumors" of the supposed murder, it's been a while, but i had no idea it would make it to a show in America, and i was really surprised as they zoomed in on the Netherlands and right into that dock that i've been to many times in the more than 30 years that i live in this town. And now mentioned again here, but yeah, no pictures this time. Sometimes during the show they take very long tangents into what it is NOT, or cold guessing as you say, but other times i really appreciate the little facts and sceneries they wander off into. Same goes for shows like Strange Evidence, they take a lot of detours, and sometimes i already know what the 'mystery' is, which makes the detours kinda frustrating, but still, there's also interesting topics on there.
i remember watching a documentary a few years ago about the "Lockheed SR-71 Blackbird" that was built in area 51. they said how they knew russia and other countries flew over and take photos of the site to see what they were working on. these guys were OG trolls and used to put black painted modular parts outside and make them look like freaky airplanes to mess with other countires. i think you can still find images of the shapes online. some are hilarious and even look like modern planes, but others you will just roll around laugthing at.
The bits of "dismissive sarcasm" were absolutely appropriate and - frankly - more likely accurate than strange theories (but those alternates can be fun fiction tools)!
Is there a reason you didn't show any of the satellite photos? I listened to you describing things I wanted to see, and you used stock footage instead of THE THINGS YOU WERE TALKING ABOUT.

The so called "meteorite crater" in Antarctica is the product of a far more recent series of collapses of the below sealevel half of east Antarctica south of Australia. The overpressured Aquifer discharged in basal outburst gigafloods. It's channels run out to the coast where the Conger ice shelf recently collapsed. It's doing it again, as the Glacial icestreams have thinned, ruptured into several kilometer high ice cliffs, hundreds of kilometres inland. This has provided a free path to the sea, dumping the basal hydrostatic pressure, and Allowing the several thousand PSI at sealevel pressurised aquifer inland to discharge geothermally heated mud and water through the underlying strata to this vent system. Basically a underice hot mud volcano 🌋. Hiawatha is one of these too. NOT a friggen meteorite crater. The Great Lakes native copper deposits were produced by the same process when the Laurentide ice sheet collapses happened, precipitating metallic copper at 350C out of hot geothermal fluids. "Meteorite crater" is science paper code for "we'd rather not scare the kids with the truth here". Meteorites, unlike these phenomena, do not strike the same place twice. See the pattern? "Don't look down Simon!"
"The Great Lakes native copper deposits were produced by the same process when the Laurentide ice sheet collapses happened, precipitating metallic copper at 350C out of hot geothermal fluids." excuse me, what? o.O Mother nature is insane sometimes.
1:14 Hah, the "Beatrixpark Dock Murder Spot", i live in the town where this supposed murder had been reported. I had no idea that this was a thing until i watched "What On Earth?!", a show specifically about analyzing satellite photos, where it was discussed in one episode. I've been living here for over 30 years and been to that wooden pier thing many a time, which is why it surprised me so much to randomly hear about it in an American show, and now here again. Then again, murders do happen, and on Saturday nights after our local bar closed at 1, my friends and i used to walk to a remote secluded nature reserve, just to smoke a joint at the end of it in the birdwatcher's hut. We had walked that route a bunch of times, and whenever a car came, we used to duck or hide, usually for giggles, because we kept making up stories about them, and joking like "look out, a psycho! Run!". We dubbed it "Route Psycho Psycho", even though, in hindsight, we were the psychos, walking near tents and boats in the middle of the night, simply because we were curious to see or find anything (mind you, we're drunk and stoned). But yeah, one time we heard on the news about a girl that had gone missing one weekend, and ended up being found really close to where we used to smoke our joint. She was picked up at the station by two guys (seen on camera) and ended up dead in the water, so, we never went back there anymore. I also had a weird murder inconvenience, i went on my bike towards a factory to apply for a job, getting there was no problem, i have the meeting, took about 30 minutes max. On the way back, the cycle path was suddenly closed off, police around etc., apparently a couple minutes after i passed that point, a kid was stabbed to death, and the inconvenience was that i had to bike all the way around to get home again, in the snow, took me an hour to get back. Jokes aside though, it's kind of a weird experience, i saw the blood on the snow, and they put up a memorial tribute to the kid for a while. And not far from there, when i used to bike to work in that area, there was a time when i smelled a foul smell at a certain bend, it lingered for weeks. Later i heard on the news that they had found 3 bodies that were dumped in some kind of hatch on the premises right next to that bend. Yuck.. Now i think of it, the son of a colleague of mine drowned right near the spot where i always have my smoke break when i'm at work, i work outdoors in town and roam around a lot, but usually go back to a spot that i like, with the birds and the bees and whatnot, but yeah, someone's son had died right there. There are so many places where people died, i wonder what the most unique spots are.
I like that this channel doesn't confuse us with unrelated photos, used to describe actual locations. But surely, if photos exist, show them. Or show them throughout the segment. If you don't, you might as well start a radio station online.
Yeah i think they were just lazy. I bet you the vid wont do as well due to this. I came very close to stop watching and the best indicator of vid quality is time watched rather then number of views as it only counts the first few minutes for a video to count.
Hey, Simon, the insane upgrades on our F-22 5th generation fighter that is part of America's Air Force inventory has created the 6th generation F22 Supersport. THE F 22 is currently our most top secret fighter, won't be replaced for at least 30 years, and with ongoing upgrades it will probably become America's 7th generation fighter as well! Air/Space Force speculation has also brought forth some neat hypothetical ideas about crossing the F22 & A12C airframes to create a new, hypersonic, super stealth airframe for the 8th generation American Fighter, OR the 1st generation hypersonic, super stealth, ARMED, interplanetary Air/Space Defense Craft! At 50+ Billion dollars each, I'd say these will be America's premier fighter for a generation
I would say that it would be money misspent, as with at least half of our military budget. More than half of our discretionary budget every year is ridiculous.

I don't know about robots, but the Army has been working on cybernetic type suits for soldiers for years now. When I was deployed to Bagram in late 2011 I was selected to have lunch with a couple of the the Assistant Secretaries of the Army (Heidi Shyu) and Air Force (don't remember his name) for some big wig "see how happy our troops are" malarkey. I ended up sitting beside Sec. Shyu and we discussed some of the new biotech suits they were testing to help soldiers with strength, stamina, and speed. Who knows what kind of robotics they've got out there testing in a desert environment. It wouldn't surprise me if they left them laying around just to see how the weather impacts them over time.
I worked with a guy who served over in Afghanistan. He told me about some "weird stuff" that a fellow soldier friend of his described. He said that his friend saw a tank roll up to a bus and "fire lightning at it, almost immediately melting it into slag". This sounds like a "futuristic weapon system" that the US was talking about researching. Basically, the weapon consists of two components. The first being a relatively high powered laser which fires on a target. This laser isn't necessarily used to damage the target, but instead is used to knock electrons off of the target giving it a positive charge. The second component of the weapon is the interesting one. Before the laser fires, the weapon builds up a massive negative charge. A tiny fraction of a second after the laser fires, the negative charge is released and strikes the target. The two components fire so close to each other that the effect is basically "lightning wrapped around a laser", or "a lightning cannon". Based on the description he gave, it sounds like the thing is only effective at relatively close range.

I found the video interesting and I hope to see more from this channel.
11:50 well the explanation is quite simple actually. for some reason the part of the lake where red algee is growing in such ammount, the water is warmer, while where we can see green algee more prominent, the water is colder. Red algee prefers warmer water. For example Red Sea isn't that red like a lake but it does have a higher concentration of red algee due to the fact that the Red Sea is warmer than the Black Sea for example. We learned about these in elementary school, as I recall, so it's not a big mistery either.

Interesting fact:
The supposed "6th Gen fighter" seen at Groom Lake ("Area 51") has a shadow that goes in the opposite direction of the temp structure over it and the hangars.

Would have loved to see photos of all the examples you mentioned in this video so we can actually visualise it.
How often do people think that Google Earth gets updated? Daily? In one of the pics is a boat in our driveway that's been underwater for YEARS!
Last time I arrived THIS early my partner was horribly disappointed.
I was 11 years old in Scotland at Loch Ness and I swore I could see a monster moving through the water. As the monster got closer it turned into a boat.
Still asked for tree fiddy
As the boat moved away, did it turn into a monster again?
Viking Long Boat?
A shape shifting monster, that's incredible!
This video should be called "Satellite Images People are Stupid for Getting Excited About and We're Hardly Even Going to Show Them."

The "pattern" at RAF Feltwell has nothing to do with satellites. It's a motorcycle training facility.
I saved a Google Earth image of an offshore earthquake in-progress just off of the coast of Peru. The concentric circular waves were fascinating.
Idk. Their philosophy is it doesn't matter if we need it, the powers that be WANT IT, and that's all that seems to matter!

The "symbols" at RAF Feltwell are actually a training course for the motorcycle safety course. It is the exact same layout used in the US for the MSF course.
I swear some people comment just to complain. You can easily go search and find these images for yourself. I don't think it's necessary to throw insults at the host or the video just so you can feel big about yourself. Make your own videos and show the images if that makes you feel better, but griping about someone else's videos just show your own ineptitude and pettiness.

People who think there are aliens at Area 51 are the same as flat earthers.
It's a close race, but I still see flat earthers as worse. Area 51 nuts see lack of supporting evidence as proof of conspiracy. Flat Earthers see abundance of opposing evidence as proof of conspiracy.
I am the inventor of that robot! Once it’s fully functional, I will use it to free captive writers who are stuck in basements against their will.
