At the very least you prevented somebody getting poked.and that's good.
Doing my part...and trying not to get poked myself😁
@25.01 that piece looks a what's called a bail to a fishing pole. It lifts up to release the line when you cast.
I see what it is now, thanks for the help!
Beautiful ocean view.
Might be a stupid question, but I see many beach detectorists get the signal in their scoop and then dump it out in a line and spend a lot of time tracking it down. Why not just shake it down in the scoop? Seems to me it would be faster, even if you get a lot of rocks because you could just dump it then and not have to search thru the sand.
the sand in my area can vary from fine to thick and sticky to loose and everywhere in between. Sometimes the consistency is like dough and shaking causes it to just roll around in a glob. Spreading it with my foot on the ground creates a thin layer of sand, when you go over again with the coil it can be easier to pinpoint.
Those gold bottle cap rings are heart stoppers.
They sure are! When I see i comment from you I always want to tell you that I built a kit uke a couple years ago, was fun, but I cant play worth a darn!
@@SeekandDetect which kit? One Christmas we bought 17 kits for family members to build and decorate and we did most of them on that day as a group. Most of those ukes never get played either, but it was fun to build them.
@@bobulele stewmac, it’s actually pretty nice
@@SeekandDetect awesome, the kits we did for christmas were cheap chinese kits where you just basically glue the neck to the body and screw some stuff on. I built the StewMac Tenor kit in 2011. It was a great ukulele that I used in all of my shows. Sadly it was stolen in 2017 along with 6 other ukuleles. It just makes me sick that that they probably just threw it away because it wasn't a name brand ukulele.
@@bobulele thats a huge bummer! i hate thieves. i went with the soprano size, looks good hanging on my wall😊
Nice hunt 👍👍❤️😅

Nice beach, good luck
Thank you!
Nice hunt is there anything you don't like about the nox 900
Funny you should ask, my latest video is all about that very topic😊
Nice hunt, my friend! Little bit jealous for your 900, we are still on 800 :)) Cheers!
The 800 is great too, you shouldn’t have any problem finding good stuff with it!
