Yes we have experienced big lizards inside the bldg but we were able to caught it using slingshot, also gecko. The snake is very difficult to catch, one time see snake 🐍 is on the wood plank but it’s hard to to catch because he hides on the air vents. I can’t see the head to make a target. But in a few weeks I caught him

Yes sir because some portion of the building is already damaged or dilapidated. Before this building is very dark like a cave, but throughout the years it was damaged. I’m planning to repair it but i have to wait the completion of my new building. So that if i disturb the colony of the birds in repairing, they will have a place to transfer.

But not like before the price maybe because of the increase of bird’s nests farm in many countries like Malaysia 🇲🇾 Indonesia 🇮🇩 thailand 🇹🇭 Philippines 🇵🇭 and many other countries that produces edible white nests.

At saka sir wala pa ako permit sa DENR para makapagtrasport . Pero sir, sa ngayon may marami ng mga ibon dito sa atin ngayo pwede ng sound lang ang gagamitin mo. Kagaya sa zamboanga city at sa mga neighboring municipality na may birds house din sila. Ang ginamit nila ay sounds lang to attract birds. Hdi kagaya noong dati pagstart ko walang pomasok. Kaya nagimport ako nga mga birds from Malaysia

My residence is about 10 kilometers away from my bird’s house farm. my existing birds house and the ongoing construction of additional birds house are in the same location.

It’s a water container, i put water on the floor so that i can increase humidity inside the building. We need to control the humidity and temperature so that the birds will stay inside the building.
