On a remote, imperial industrial world, the Hive Mind descends to add to their stores of bio-mass. Two companies of Space Marines are dispatched from a chapter one system away. The Orks heard the planetary distress call, and upon landing were promised all the "gubbins" they could carry. Desperation making for strange allies.
regardless, just going afk in a team match is inexcusable (concerning Lokyo) If you want to concede your 1v1, fine. But don't impose your defeatist attitude on other people, especially when they are counting on you to pull your weight.
@@meinacco Just going afk in a team match after one of your squads gets stuck/bugged at base around early-mid game, your teammates get wiped in suicidal charge and refuse to concede is perfectly fine and doesn't need an excuse. Don't impose your masochistic attitude on other people, especially when it is clear the game is over and they are counting on you to concede
No Christmas Buffet for the hive mind this year. That dreadnought was perfect bait, just reeled them into the killing fields. For being a hive mind the nid players did not work very well together. But tyranids are a difficult species to play and master, far harder than SM and orks, so I wouldn't throw too much shade about not having enough death spinners when facing 2 SM, no Neurothrope when you know they'll get terminators, and throwing away units like the carnifex, what a waste.
Totally on Lokyo's side for this one. Venjitron barking orders when he's the worst one on the team. The guy is a glorified spectator that hosts games, he thinks this gives him the level needed to give orders to his superiors, it's just an odd mindset.
@@mattjohnson8585 He's a superior player in everyway that counts. He saw the writing on the wall, which any player with more than 2k hours did, and, because of his own team mate's lack of awareness shows, they would not conceed. At that point the only option is to sit and wait. Again, I'm having Lokyo on my team any day.
You misunderstand. I do not decry Lokyo's ability. I mean that one's prowess in a 20-year-old game does not grant freedom to act disrespectfully. I don't know what kind of day or games he had, but the reply was not good, no matter what. It would have cost all of three minutes to give it one more try - and how often have we seen that suddenly change things? Lots. At any rate, I don't there are any real "sides" here. I'm glad to say that the vast majority of interactios in these games are fantastic. And I hope we see more games from all the players here.
I don't like the reaction either, but banning is a bit harsh. No idea what kind of day he had, how long he had been playing, etc. He shouldn't make it a habit, but we all have those days

Hive Tyrant vs Venerable Dreadnaught is one of those Indrid, "That's not gonna work out for you buddy" moments.
Well those unit scores very much agree with you, the hive mind was probably drunk or something.

Thank you indrid:)
Did the stuck units handicap them?
Not really a handicap but was annoying since it was wasting upkeep.
@@LokyoM so a handicap. They didn't just got wiped, they kept wasting upkeep and population cap
