Hello excuse me, in minute 2:22 there is a pair of bars that regulates the gas flow, in my spectrometer it indicates only a interval of 0 to 10 and I need to set it on 13.5 to the oxidant, how can I do it?

It is also known as reagent blank, which minus the value of the chemicals we have put. For eg. If u took water as a solvent to dissolve ur samples then u will keep water as blank.
