Writers will make whatever they want Canon regardless of anyone else and I'll be happy dancing all the way home if ss4 is canonical to diama as well
well for this to be cannon,
they could do a thing in daima where since they're literal children, they can't hold onto their transformations for too long, and since there's that case, they need a power in which it cannot be exhausting, and so, Vegeta will probably suggest having their tails back, and since there are no dragon balls to be used, they probably found a way which gave their tails back in a short period of time, and then while in their oozaru forms, either one of them used super saiyan and somehow unlocked ssj4
and for this to be connected to db super, they could do something like, Goku or Vegeta will remember those times in daima which in eventually get to them recalling they used ssj4, and since their current enemy (which is black frieza) is stronger than their current selves, they're probably gonna think something like: why not combine our primal forms with god ki or something, and then since the dragon balls are usable, and Whis is there, they'd probably ask to have their tails back or something.
and there, my very own idea of how daima and super can be both cannon if ever ssj4 appears in daima.
I hope you’re right. I hope they bring super Saiyan four Goku and Vegeta in DB Daima. If they pull this off I have no doubt they’re going to be able to connect this into dragon ball super possibly before the end of Z. This is crazy but too clean as well.

SS4 is not cannon, and cannot be since Daima is right after buu in the time line and 2 years before Super.

@@YoungSaiyanUp The multiverses were not created by toriyama. With that argument we will see super saiyan 5 from AF LOL. Toei and Bandai namco like to create new stuff in video games and heroes to milk the franchice, but Daima is ACTUAL canon and the last work of Toriyama.
First of all I would love to disappoint you all and actually inform you that the whole non-canon thing ended years ago. There are multiple continuities. GT is not canon to the manga series but it is canon to the classic Z anime. If you don't believe me then go watch the last episode of DBZ and then watch the preview for episode 1 of GT at the end of the episode. Therefore it's canon to the anime. Sorry not sorry. And also if you've seen GT then you know it's also canon to all the DBZ movies, therefore the movies are canon to the Z/GT anime (not the manga just the anime). The manga is canon to the manga and the anime is canon to the anime. Case closed. I know many of you will be in denial because of your intense hatred (and childish) for GT, but get over it. GT isn't even bad. There are certain things I myself don't like about it and I am a huge GT fan.

Time out time out lol Akira Toriyama did not make dragon ball gt nor did he did any design that was all his son doing. Do your research before Posting anything on TH-cam. And on top of that ssj4 is not coming at all. You can dream it but the facts still remain the same

There are quotes in Parallel Quests in XenoVerse 2 when SSJ4 Goku and Vegeta faces off against Beerus and Whis. They even admit that these forms are superior to their God Forms, but they say it indirectly by saying that this form is a proper one for a God of Destruction. I'm paraphrasing but the theory of SSJ4 being stronger than the Saiyan's God Form might not be as Farfetch as everyone who reveres Super thinks it is. I love Super, but I really enjoyed GT, mostly the Baby Saga. But SSJ4 does have the merits to be stronger than SSGSS. Everyone that loves the form really want it to be Canon. Hopefully Toriyama-Sensei did on fact made it Canon before his tragic departure. May he rest in peace.
As for why they can't use it in Super might be because of another comment stated that might be true: it's a form only used in the Demon World. Allow me to confirm that theory. Goku achieves SSJ3 in the Other World meanwhile Gotenks achieve it in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber. 2 Different Dimensions separate from the Living World with unique rules. Also, in the DLC Story with Dabura and Baby in XenoVerse 2, when Vegeta achieves SSJ4 with the help of the Player and Fu, Vegeta states that this Form feels just like when he obtain the power from *"Babidi"* .
This is all I know from playing XenoVerse 2 and if they are using some of the dialogue from the interactions there, these theories about SSJ4 might coincide with a possible Canon Appearance in Daima.

They already brought super Saiyan 4 into canon by broly's ikari or wrathful form in the broly movie, also just because akira toriama designed or refrenced a specific form doesnt make it cannon completely i love super Saiyan 4 but under stand dragon ball grand tour or gt had alot of designs from akira toriama the whole shadow dragon arch and hoe it ended was akira toriama , also yes there will need to be alot of rettcons for both dragon ball and dragon ball super, for example the broly movie the 3rd only canon movie introduced dragon ball minus content and designes. Which changed goku's character from hitting his head for the reason he changed it also ruins the fsct that in dragon ball he was fsrt more rowdy before the bonk on the head but the broly movie shows goku quiet and passive. (Granted trauma csn change ones behavior)but akira toriama has his own gag manga based off dbz and dbz super diama happens like less than to a year afte majin buu arch now..for it and super to both make sense a wish for that event to not be remembered would have to be made or dragon ball daima is just a spin off series because db super is on hiatus i think. Bullcrap I've seen episode 7 there's no such thing as Super Saiyan 4 it certainly isn't in this episode whoever keeps posting these fake rumors needs to stop. The only significant things that happen In ep 7 is Supreme Kais suspicion that Glorio is not who he says he is turns out correct. He's working for Arinsu and luring Goku and the gang into a trap. And Bulma and the others are finally on their way to the Demon Realm. And Goku starts his first fight with the third Tamagami warrior for the first of the 3 Demon Realm Dragonballs. There's no super Saiyan 4
