The factory trim piece? Mikes Montes, Gbodyparts online or Dixie Monte Carlo should have em. If you are talking about the other trims pieces, I had a guy 3d print em here on TH-cam.. his account is “private” now tho.. I may have put his info in the description area..

Those look like the metra heavy metal kit I think it was called. Had one in a 2002 dodge dakota. It was a 1.5. But all metal and strong as shit.
