You don't really need flee btw when playin GX with grim or poison smoke. Just hiding. No physical can hit. Only magic and trap Will kill you. Flee can save you from hellplant if you can afford 500++ (which is not easy). Thats why 100 vit is good choice to avoid instant death. But maybe he can allocate that 70 dex for str since i didnt see he use grim just poison smoke.

It's better that having High flee but low HP. Just think of how many skills Ignore flee now, you'll die within seconds.
