I watch a lot of these channels, and I understand that a lot of people want something restored for a sentimental value… But sometimes when I see something like this Volkswagen car, I’m thinking why were stored at all? it’s way too far gone! But I’m glad that you find some value in restoring his cases and giving them a second or third life ❤❤❤
From a crumpled rusting mess to a work of Brilliance and Art ,Oh yes I must say ,One ,I had no idea how much wee parts this model has ,Two ,The Amount of Rust that has been cleared was wow ,Three ,A Great Job remaking it to its former beauty is something I enjoy watching seeing it put back together , Fantastic Video ,Greetings from the UK🇬🇧❤️Dig the Surfboards man ,One love and Peace ✌️
I 100% would not have done that. Not worth it. But, nice work. This really was a restoration and not make all new parts video like most of these 'restore" videos
Je n’ai pas de mots tellement c’est superbe. 1 seule petite remarque sur les planches de surf un peu trop simple… peut être qu’un motif imitation bois aurai été le bienvenue 😅
I am a big VW fan. I have a 1955 VW Beetle almost the same blue you used on this restoration. I've watched this video several times and have always been amased on the resault. Pro work at its best. PS. Love to buy that bus and display it with my car at the car shows.
I commend your work. But in my opinion, your access to incredible computer generating machines comes close to replicating and not restoring. For practical purposes of restoration, less than 20% of original parts should be replicated. And even then with absolute governance. But your technique is still something I enjoy watching. Thank you for sharing.
Great job with the metalwork and restoration, but the rust/aging/oxidation was obviously artificial. All of the thin pieces and tiny wire elements would have been eaten and eroded if this was natural aging.
With the bus being blue and white should have a blue and white surfboards HAHAHA It looks great and you did a wonderful job restoring it as well!!!! I enjoyed your video so I gave it a Thumbs Up for the support of your channel
Wow so many techniques involved in this restoration! Great job!
Thanks
This is craftsmanship. We don't see the hours of CAD work, paint set up, clean up, and the mind work of the operation. Awesome job.
Thanks
Commenting as the only person, NOT a bot! TH-cam has completely devolved into nothing but bots…. Great video though. Hope you do well ❤
Thanks
Are we not in a simulated world?

This was not even a toy, just a cheaply made deco item. They can still be bought for little money.

I was most impressed with the process of casting the new wheels. Amazing restoration by the way.
thanks
I 100% would not have done that. Not worth it. But, nice work. This really was a restoration and not make all new parts video like most of these 'restore" videos
That had to be a 'labor of love'. The time, materials, and money put into it. Nice restoration.
Thanks

So he has a lathe but couldn’t be bothered to use it to make the wheels smoother before painting them 🤨
Такая реставрация, наверное, стоит "как крыло от Боинга" 😂 Но - красиво! 😊
Да нет, чуть дешевле)
Из пыли и ржавчины собрать автомобиль. Это круто!!!

That had to be more challenging with such rust pitted metal pieces of the toy. That looked like a real old one. Great job!!
Thanks
It looks like whoever made the toy originally used the cheapest metal possible which is why it was so badly damaged.
Better than when it was new, I'm sure 👍😀
Better than when it was new, I'm sure 👍😀
What country this toy car came from, good effort though!
Thanks

Very nice except for the surf boards! They needed some sanding and shaping besides the fins.
