There is no SOMEONE. She can live the country anytime bcause there is no hold departure order, ni kaso wala pa. 1. The DFA has all the time in the world to cancel her passport as she's already proven to be a non Filipino and the documents and birth certificates she used to acquire said passport are illegal and fake.
    2. The DoJ has all the time in the world to issue a hold departure order on her.
    3. As a fugitive in a very high profile case relating to national security, the NBI has all the money and resources to put intelligence agents on her to know her every movement.
    4. The AMLC has all the time in the world to freeze her bank accounts and access to funds and resources.
Yet, none of these government departments did anything. No one is interested in doing their jobs.
I am shocked that no one in the entire PH government composed of hundreds of thousands of employees thought 'hey guys, maybe Alice would try to flee instead of waiting like an idi*t to be arrested and sent to prison... maybe we should do this...'
Apparently, NO ONE in the entire country is capable of thinking, not even common sense! No wonder the country is still a 3rd-world country! While all our neighboring countries are rich.
    Two words: INCOMPETENT and CORRUPT.

The notary public should have immediately notified the authorities about Alice Guo's personal appearance before him. Surely, the notary public knows Alice Guo and that she is wanted under the law. Since the notary public kept silent about this matter, there are only two possibilities, Alice Guo did not personally appear before the Notary Public or hefty money was involved. In practice, some notary publics are not really strict and just allow their staff to sign on their behalf, which is a violation of the notarial law. This is a common practice.

Knowing all of the red tapes in the processes u should have already detained her in the Senate since u have the power to do so and she was proven to be lying. Of course she will escape and take advantage of the loopholes and red tapes u should have anticipated that!

Money talks, talking through experience, when I sued our Director of Hospital in Manila, my lawyer told me in advance, we gonna lose this csae, but he will suffer, marami syang itatapon na money, from Office of the Ombudsman, Court of Appeals and lastly sa Supreme Court., I was then a Union President in our hospital. That’s why I decided to go abroad with my family.
