Does everyone in my party have to have the app on their phones or can I do lightening lanes and lotteries for shows just on mine for four people? We are going to see our son and daughter-in-law there soon and are planning to go to Disney as part of that trip. :)
So glad you found it useful! My fav DisneySea ride was probably Journey to the Center of the Earth. It's quite short, but the theming is impeccable and you won't find it anywhere else.
Oh, I'm so sorry the staff member told you you couldn't line up for the shows! It is possible to line up for the first show of the day but maybe it was past that time for you already? A recent change also added the option to line up for limited seats for most shows, if you don't get the lottery. Hopefully you can come back!!
I will definitely be back to try again! And yes, I asked two different cast members and they both said I couldn't line up but it was for the last show of the day, so maybe that was the issue.
Good questions! Rope dropping means being at the gates before they start letting people in. It's different for every park, but generally for Tokyo Disneyland I suggest getting in line for security at least one hour before park opening. We didn't use at lockers at all. Just held on to our merch was we bought it. =)
From 10:00 a.m. (JST) one month prior =) We actually made most of ours on the fly the day of, or the day prior. We just weren't able to get certain spots and were happy to take what was available.

You'll need to make sure to have their tickets/accounts connected to yours and you'll be able to do it for everyone in your party! =)
