Sinalang Bridge Checkpoint

If you are driving in Abra, and notice many motorbikes and cars parked on the side of the road, that is a good indication that there is a police checkpoint ahead.
Motorists that stop before the checkpoint either have no licence, no road test, or the vehicle is not registered.
Just look in the video how many motorists, bikes, cars and even some trucks are parked up waiting for the police manning the checkpoint to finish their duty !!!!!!!
