I watched this video the day after Halloween and it is a great way to close out the Halloween weekend and now I will put away my Halloween decorations and start getting out my Thanksgiving decorations for November.
The Maleficent section of the show was sadly removed many years ago to cut costs for fireworks. Which doesn't really makes sense because I pretty sure the new halloween show has a lot more fireworks than this one.
@@disney1tv623 Alot more expensive too. But keep in mind that was before the Lucas Films acquisition era and all the other streaming services and broadcasters Disney has now. Disney has ALOT of money for ALOT of things, ESPECIALLY something as small as fireworks compared to whole parks and movies. That's why my expectations for HarmonioUS are very high.
So basically, Disneyland has a show very similar to Happy HalloWishes called Halloween Screams. In that show, Jack _is_ the host. One might think that they could just use the audio for that show for this one, however, the selection of music and the order the songs are in is slightly different between the two. To get Jack to host Happy HalloWishes, they'd either need the voice actor to record new lines or make a new show exclusively for year's show, which, needless to say, seems unlikely. Do I disagree with you? No, I think it would be really cool to have Jack host for the 25th anniversary of the film. But is it practical? Not really, sadly.
The projections are only depressing because this show was so old they didn't have the technology I assume to make the projections you'd see today. Take Disney's Not So Spooky Spectacular for example. The projections from that are incredible so therefore it makes this show look poor.
"Classy" doesn't pay as much as "pop culture", nowadays. Not to mention, Disney has degraded from entertaining the entire family to just entertaining the kids; kids "classy" keeps entertained are either quickly approaching adulthood or just the exception to the norm.

While the new show is awesome and it’s a bit old, they should’ve put projections prior to its farewell. Projections that Happily Ever After use.
