You said that it is painless but from where I am doing RCT it pains me a lot so that's why I left it and not doing RCT let me tell you what happened with me so I have cavity in my teeths and I guess there is no enamel left so dentist started the RCT by the pins but it pain a lot and he have numb my teeth so it pains me a lot and I left it so please suggest me what to do because it pains a lot 🙂

Doctor, I have a RCT on 2nd premolar and lam doing my ortho now.. with metallic braces.. my doctor told me to continue ortho with this teeth having a permanent filling on it (not crown) and once ortho gets completed, crown can be placed... My doubt is that does a RCT teeth can withstand brace pressure without any breakage.. RCT was done last week and by god's grace, I don't have any pain or swelling on that area.. kindly reply!!

Thanks doc. It was a very informative video but on the contrary, this procedure is very painful. I have taken 4 sittings so far and don't know how many more, but even after 2-3 injections of local anaesthesia every time, I had unbearable pain during and after that. Swelling also stays for a couple of days. In a nutshell, it's very painful but we endure it to save our tooth

Take a week gap after each sitting my dentist suggested me n get rid of any cough coz that might be infectious

Pain usually may be there after RCT, due to inflammation of PDL, and it subsides gradually within 2-3 days in most of the cases. If it still persists, even after one month, then u must visit your dentist.
