Loved the video! You guys are fitness goals hahaha also I would reccomend not adding oil to salmon, its natural fats prevent it from sticking so yoi can avoid burnt oil and its disadvantages 🙌🏼

It's great you're learning, but here's a tip from myself, a phlebotomist. Do not touch the puncture site after you wipe the area with the alcohol pad!
