I decided to give this a shot, it was a decently challenging transcription.
I tried to review this more than usual, as with a piece that requires this level of virtuosity any inaccuracy could make it so much harder to play. Usually when I transcribe I play bits of the piece on the piece to see if anything sounds out of place, the problem with this piece is that there is no way in hell I was able to replicate any of this a tempo lol. So i listened to this A LOT, I wanted to make sure I get the most technical parts right and I do think these should be decently spot-on in the transcription.
What definitely helped is that Morishita is a fantastic pianist and even at this tempo his articulation is crystal clear and a lot of the notes/runs are easy to pick out. Having the video also helped in a few spots to confirm what chord is being played (though I do think these recordings are edited at times).
All in all I am very happy with the result, I'm sure there are some inaccuracies here and there, but nothing that should make it sound too out of place. I was also going to add "nothing that makes this unplayable", but I would say this is pretty unplayable to begin with lol, so good luck to anyone who attempts to perform this.
also yes you need large hands for this, there are some annoying stretches throughout
