As a dancer as well as fiddler, it sounds good to me. We have a nice video of a lesson in the dance taught in Boda by a native and accompanied by part of the Boda Spelmanslag. In explaining the step, the teacher clearly counted "one, two and three and" in each measure (only in Swedish, of course). To any classically trained musician this sounds just wrong; but it is not wrong, it is folk music. It clearly matches the Boda polska dance and gives it its special rhythm. If that count fits the playing, as it does in this performance, it is correct as a Boda polska. The speed of playing varies, too.
My opinion is that you are free to play this tune how you want. It's folkmusic! People play swedish folk tunes in their own way and that is how traditions developes.
