He, Mr Duale, is an empty drum that can destroy someone's eardrum compared to small empty tins. To begin with, in response to question about Kidero's Ksh. 200,000,000 bribery case, Duale is quoting it as a Ksh. 2000,000. About the Mumiasi sugar company collapse, he says it has affected 6 million farmers which is just an exaggeration. 6 millions farmers in country of about 40 million population, no one will go hungry.
