Nice tip. That's not an air chuck. That's a quick disconnect. The chuck is what attaches to the quick disconnect specifically for airing up tires and the like.
Uses the same quick disconnect for 10 years before finally replacing it, only for another 10 year old 1 go bad…replaces…. Rest of shop needs fixing up… Fixes the rest….. Machine breaks
I’m not sure what happened but my tire filler tool leaks like crazy but everything else I use is fine. It neither side looks damaged in any way but I’ve just been to lazy to get a new one 😂

I’ve found the “Nitto” style is the most leak resistant, but I might just have been lucky.
