Old sbi po, ibps po mocks are the best source for mains level questions. For puzzles, you can go for level 2 puzzles from book Puzzle mania. To increase the speed, there is no alternative to practice. I Never went for tricks in mains exam. Go with basics and try to be fast while sticking to conventional methods only. Good luck

To improve vocab, daily watch videos of vocab in your free time. Like there are many channels which tell 10 words of the day or something like this. Honestly speaking, vocab part in banking exam does not give output in accordance with input required.

Don't look for average score in mains exam.. Many people just open the test to see questions and then submit.. So, average marks decreased.. But, Try to atleast score more than 20 marks...
