Beautiful message and meditation. When you asked us to fill in the blank for “I Am” the words “I Am in tune” came to me and then with each chakra I felt the divine working to tune each chakra, like a string instrument. I could sense the chakras that needed more tuning and how to do this daily!!!! My throat chakra was covered in black tar. I will share with my friends, thank you Caroline
What a beautiful practice. For me Vesica Pisces and sacred geometry come easiest. When I go out in the world in I am in my Aura Bubble, as I am feeling and connecting with others Aura Bubble intersecting with mine in the Vesica Pisces. Staying centered in the zero point field.
