- Tata punch is one of the most interesting vehicles from Tata and is one of the safest cars in the segment.
In terms of technology, you get connected car tech which offers a lot of options from the very good sounding Harman sound system which is a proven product on the other tata cars I am very satisfied with the overall quality and performance of the sound system.
I think this is one of the best Highway cruisers that you can get at this point.
Tata Punch also comes with dual paint options and there will be a lot of different aftermarket options available for the car.

8:19 The headrest issue is overhyped.
For the driver, the headrest, despite its name, is NOT for resting the head.
It is to prevent the head from being broken/thrown into back seat when you get into a collision.
For the past 16 years, although my old Chevrolet car has an adjustable head rest, my head never touched the headrest while driving. This is intentional as per Wikipedia, since the driver becomes uncomfortable if it touches.
Again, as per Wikipedia ("Head restraint"), adjustable headrests are more likely to cause injury, than fixed-headrests (10% protection for adjustable vs 17% for fixed).

Sir booked exter . earlier planning for amaze but cvt city mileage was a big issue because i mostly drive in city then booked i20 ivt but then came to know about its mileage is even worst than amaze . Then i was strict to AMT bacause cvt mileage issue . Maruti was not an option because of safety. tata was out because of poor AMT tuning. Grand i10 nios was a complete package but then it was also 2 star gncap and recently hundai told they have worked on platform for exter so spending approx 1 lac more above i10 sports AMT and for Better boot ,and safety majorly was i throught is sensible and booked exter. You have rightly discussed about EXTER's 4 pot motor, which other reviewers unfortunately missed on . Its really smooth , but ( unlike suzukis KB/KC 1.2 ) this engine is not that fuel efficient at certain times/conditions.
Also the discussion on overall feel of the car , the design philosophy ,etc , were really well taken-up by you.
I feel EXTER is more of a jacked-up version of a HATCHBACK , rathen then having an element of SUVishness in it , like PUNCH. Maybe this is due to the platform characteristics or hyundai designers deliberate approch + limitations.

I want to buy a car and i have 3 options. Could you please tell which one should I buy.
1) Altroz XM plus
2) Exter S
3) Baleno delta
I required family car for 5 people and want this car for weekend and long trips.
Under 10 lacs, the best automatic is of altroz. I am stating this after driving exter, punch and altroz.

I own 2012 alto k10 model. My car performancd even today i am enjoying. Only the problem no safety features in my car. I test driven exter, i am not at all satisfied with its performance, Ofcourse i driven exter AMT. But i am very much impressed engine smoothness and paddle shifters. Now i am in confusion to buy exter or not. Because my mind asks performance from the engine. In exter performance and milage less. Only very good features are available. My mind is between baleno and exter. Why baleno? I want cruise control. In fronx 1.2 engine no such feature.

I have booked exter sxo . My family loved the car we also went to see punch family was not happy with features offered looks and even model on the display at dealership was lower model the saleswoman there was friendly but seemed not very knowledgeable and convincing speaks alot about there dealership not good first impression . Where my lil sister went nuts with features exter offered. It’s majorly going to be office car . Also it had more space than venue for passengers !

Bro you tried to point out all points for new buyers. You too seems doubtful about this car. And that is exactly happened with me when took test drive. Engine NVH are there when AC is on, doesn't give SUV like commanding position seating like other cars of same price segment, not peppy when throttled, feels unstable in potholes or 9n uneven roads. Safety not sure. Looks overpriced in evry way

Hi Prakyat. I want your valuable suggestion. I own a SP125 for the last 3 and half years. I have covered 46k kms so far and absolutely have no issues with the bike except for the hard rear suspension and the light weight of the bike which sways a lot on highways. My daily commuting involves 80% highway and 20% city ride. I am planning to upgrade to SP160. Would it be a wise decision or should I do some modifications on my current bike ???. Please guide me

Kyoki badkismati se 15 lakh tak most of the car not fun to drive elements
You are correct, at 100 speed it is not stable.
How would you compare exter amt with altroz dca?
Considering they both are similarly priced and offer mostly similar features. On the driving front is the exter's amt comparable to altroz dct considering tata's engine and Hyundai engine as well.

Exter ka kon sa varient value for money for new and first car buyer.
SX version with single tone color is value for money.
SX (O) version will increase the good ownership experience. Like it is having smart key, engine start-stop button, dimond cut alloy wheels, rear wiper and washer, auto headlights, cooled glove box, bootlamp features.
SX (O) Connect version is slightly expensive and generally we don't use those connectivity features.
