This match went on for far too long, Allies had such an advantage but they almost let the Axis stage a comeback. DAK struggled to contest his side of the map and constantly fed units, was definitely the weaker Axis. The Tiger caused much bigger of an headache that it had any right to, neither Allied player built a TD despite their ample fuel. US floated 700 fuel at the end of the game but no Tank Depot, his playstyle was bizarre. Overinvested in arty, underinvested in rifle squads. You should build more if you're getting their upgrades. Noone was in a rush to get a medium out which stalled the midgame. In the end, Allies did deserve the win but they almost let it slip. If Axis didn't bleed out on victory points, they could've taken the game.
but thats the point... as DAK vs Brits its hardmode. At Bois counter like 3/4 of the roaster and when you got assgrens vet2 u see footguards or gurkhas. Only halfway working thing is StugD but than u lack mobility and arty too dislodge paks. The Stuart Spam is also unfunny tripple Pzjäger or tripple Marder. This will delay the T3 and you are doomed when the Grants arrive.
Tightrope explained that combination of Wehr Breakthrough and Tiger help Axis but not so much due UK already dominating DAK. Definitely US playing so weird in the game. US fully invested with artillery but trying not to eliminate DAK Mortar HT. The dude already have recon plane he could destroy those mortar halftruck. Tank depot could be useful especially with the Hellcat. UK also did some misplay not utilizing Command Stuart Mark vehicle then trading that Stuart. I think Axis are so focus with AA unit especially DAK.
Love the 1440p, best quality casts. COH3 looking good, just when I thought I was out, you suck me back in.
Always a pleasure to watch these casts!
Peak DAK gameplay: 1 infantry
The tragedy of Bambone
The first ten minutes of this cast was just “oh my”/“why would you?” it was pretty funny
@32:13 that's an interesting connection! I think you're right. anyway thanks for the cast tightrope!

Stealing defeat from the jaws of victory summed up from both sides here
