I am so here for Traveler character growth! We didn't panic when we were kidnapped, we fully climbed out a second story window like a bandit, we're using the skills we learned to keep ourselves fed and safe, and we just took out a creature that BOTH Kiri and Bakugou couldn't, despite ALL OF US being over-tired right now. We're definitely going to have to deal with Shiggy/Dabi/Fantasy!LOV pretty soon, I'm sure. Legit, I fully believe Traveler walked out of those trees bow in hand, hand poised on their quiver for the next arrow, expression concerned but distant. We know Kiri has always been in our corner, but it's been two weeks and we've learned just how strong we are on our own now. We're an equal now, and Bakugou is going to have to do ALL the groveling. I really hope Traveler makes him work for it, being aloof but caring until he proves himself to them. I could definitely see him being hurt after this fight so he comes to with us making sure he's not gonna die. I ALSO HOPE WE DEFINITELY TELL THE BOYS WHAT THE KING'S PLAN WAS cause Celestials know Bakugou would definitely try to lay into Shoto but Izuku wouldn't let him BUT ALSO ALL OF THEM would be so vengful on our behalf. my prediction has slightly changed: Hawks is definitely going to become an 11th hour ally, swooping in unexpectedly when we really need a hand.

Bro this episode just made me speechless. At the start of the episode we literally get kidnapped by Hawks himself and the fact we tried to fight him off while Kirishima trying to get us back WAS SO HEARTBREAKING. ESPECIALLY HIS VOICE CRACK :((( THE FACT WE FLEW OVER FOR A WEEK WAS INSANE. I love the fact that we got to meet him and when we met Dabi (no the bandit was NOT Dabi probably was Overhaul or someone else) and we met SHIGARAKI AS A TRAVEL GUIDE. Kats and kiri arguing like a married couple is so cute. (Kiri not letting kats use his explosions is so real cause he knows kats would burn down the whole forest just to find traveller).
We have a pointed switch in narrators in this episode, going from Katsuki to Eijirou. I'd say it was because Katsuki didn't see what happened and therefore cannot narrate, but Katsuki has been narrating the parts that he hasn't been present for as well up to this point. I think it's more because he isn't proud of what happened due to his actions. He doesn't want to talk about it. While Eijirou took after us to try to save us from the red winged kidnapper, he'd most likely have gone back to camp to stew by himself like he'd originally wanted. So imagine his horror when his dragon comes back frantic and without us. They'd probably picked up everything and tried to give chase again. Considering he's been holding himself responsible for us up to this point, I'd imagine he still experiences an extreme amount of guilt for letting us run off without him into the night. Hawks seems like he's being forced to kidnap us- he doesn't seem particularly proud of what he's doing either, being gentle with us even when we're trying to rip off his fingers with our teeth. And finally, he cuts us loose and gives us an opportunity to escape once he realizes what may happen to us if he makes his delivery. I'm going to assume that the shop owner (sounds like Shiggy to me) pointing out that we're carrying heavily enchanted items and that it isn't wise to travel alone is a nod of what is to come. And then we travel alone, and we do it well. We no longer need Katsuki and Eijirou to traverse Solterra, we're doing it all by ourselves. So, when we stumble upon them by chance, winded, beaten down from trying to find us and save us, it turns the dynamic of the trio on its head when it's us to save Katsuki. Despite him assuming we're weak, we're the ones who save his life this time, even when Eijirou can't.

Katsuki had some very good points in the last episode granted how he said it was messed up, but look at it from his point of view this stranger (when he called us a stranger he meant when we first met) comes into your lives and all of a sudden your lives are all in danger with a gem that is infinitely more powerful than they originally thought and could either be the savior or the reason their world comes to an end. Yea I woulda been a little mad but that is not our world it’s theirs and Kiri not seeing or just ignoring/not caring about how this possibly could affect Bakugo is what kinda hurt him the most and just caring how we feel was more selfish on Kiri’s part than on Bakugo’s because they both have to realize Bakugo has a family that are all in danger from this, it’s not just us three who are in danger here we are talking millions of people and destroying the gem is one of the only possible ways for the evil king not to get his hands on it (plus in the last episode we were pushing his boundaries and trying to force him to talk to us). So I don’t think it was him betraying us I see it more as Kiri and us/me invalidating/ignoring his feelings.

It’s like that show “how I met your mother”, where he’s telling the story to his kids in the living room, but the meta perspective is that the story is taking a full 7 years to tell

When you realise that the first time we entered Edolyn we didn't have the gem because of the bandit attack. So the magic the wards were sensing was in us. I wonder how much has "transferred" to us already (like Deku had mentioned), if they're sensing magic in both the gem and us. ... y'all really do be killing us with these cliffhangers tho 🥲
I really have the theory that traveler is extremely powerful but since we don't know shit about magic, we don't know. And because we always have the gem with us, most people think its magic was transferred to us. My guess is that traveler is going to use the power of the gem to save them all ^^
OMG IVE BEEN THINKING ABOUT THIS. So I re listened to the entire series over the last few days and at one point kiri says "you have thre heart of a dragon" tryna say that traveler is brave. BUTTTTTT what if its some kind of foreshadowing that travellers ancestors are dragons (or some kind of dragon-human hybrid things) from this world and left to the normal world to protect the gem!?!?!?!

I really hope in the next episode the Traveler refuses to take Bakugou and Kirishima's help back, they don't want to put them in danger and Bakugou made it apparent he didn't want to help the Traveler. They want to do this journey, even if it kills them, if Bakugou and Kirishima aren't there with them then they won't have to die senseless for a burden like them. (I'm eating up this angst so hard I swear to god)
This is my absolute favorite series on youtube. The plot and the editing is top tier, and it's so immersive! I don't usually watch or listen to anything if I've already done so, because I already know what's going to happen, but that doesn't apply to the fantasy series. I can and have listened to the whole series multiple times. I've even tried to make a timeline for this, and if I'm right, traveler has been in this world for just under two months. I really thought in this part that the unicorn ring would come into play, but I also think it'll be used in a *really* high stakes moment sometime in the probably far future, like life or death. I'm thinking when they're at the Strihard mountains. One thing I really, really wanna see in the next part, is traveler using their (healing) magic on bakugou and/or kirishima, since it seemed like they both got somewhat hurt right at the end.

Okay holy shit! This was intense! Especially the last scene where the Traveller finds Eijiro and Katsuki. When Bakugo was suffocating, all I could think of was the scene in the anime with the Sludge Villian when he had Bakugo hostage! All in all, this episode was SOOOOOOO WORTH THE WAIT!

I am so here for Traveler character growth! We didn't panic when we were kidnapped, we fully climbed out a second story window like a bandit, we're using the skills we learned to keep ourselves fed and safe, and we just took out a creature that BOTH Kiri and Bakugou couldn't, despite ALL OF US being over-tired right now. We're definitely going to have to deal with Shiggy/Dabi/Fantasy!LOV pretty soon, I'm sure.
Legit, I fully believe Traveler walked out of those trees bow in hand, hand poised on their quiver for the next arrow, expression concerned but distant. We know Kiri has always been in our corner, but it's been two weeks and we've learned just how strong we are on our own now. We're an equal now, and Bakugou is going to have to do ALL the groveling. I really hope Traveler makes him work for it, being aloof but caring until he proves himself to them. I could definitely see him being hurt after this fight so he comes to with us making sure he's not gonna die.

At the start of the episode we literally get kidnapped by Hawks himself and the fact we tried to fight him off while Kirishima trying to get us back WAS SO HEARTBREAKING. ESPECIALLY HIS VOICE CRACK :(((
THE FACT WE FLEW OVER FOR A WEEK WAS INSANE.
I love the fact that we got to meet him and when we met Dabi (no the bandit was NOT Dabi probably was Overhaul or someone else) and we met SHIGARAKI AS A TRAVEL GUIDE. I thought at first we were gonna have problems with him but I'm glad he's all good (I think)
And when we took care of ourselves for 5 DAYS OMG I WAS SO PROUD!!! And I think the beast creature was Yuzuya himself???

We have a pointed switch in narrators in this episode, going from Katsuki to Eijirou. I'd say it was because Katsuki didn't see what happened and therefore cannot narrate, but Katsuki has been narrating the parts that he hasn't been present for as well up to this point. I think it's more because he isn't proud of what happened due to his actions. He doesn't want to talk about it. While Eijirou took after us to try to save us from the red winged kidnapper, he'd most likely have gone back to camp to stew by himself like he'd originally wanted.
So imagine his horror when his dragon comes back frantic and without us. They'd probably picked up everything and tried to give chase again. Considering he's been holding himself responsible for us up to this point, I'd imagine he still experiences an extreme amount of guilt for letting us run off without him into the night.
Hawks seems like he's being forced to kidnap us- he doesn't seem particularly proud of what he's doing either, being gentle with us even when we're trying to rip off his fingers with our teeth. And finally, he cuts us loose and gives us an opportunity to escape once he realizes what may happen to us if he makes his delivery.
I'm going to assume that the shop owner (sounds like Shiggy to me) pointing out that we're carrying heavily enchanted items and that it isn't wise to travel alone is a nod of what is to come.
And then we travel alone, and we do it well. We no longer need Katsuki and Eijirou to traverse Solterra, we're doing it all by ourselves. So, when we stumble upon them by chance, winded, beaten down from trying to find us and save us, it turns the dynamic of the trio on its head when it's us to save Katsuki.
Despite him assuming we're weak, we're the ones who save his life this time, even when Eijirou can't.

Katsuki had some very good points in the last episode granted how he said it was messed up, but look at it from his point of view this stranger (when he called us a stranger he meant when we first met) comes into your lives and all of a sudden your lives are all in danger with a gem that is infinitely more powerful than they originally thought and could either be the savior or the reason their world comes to an end. I really hope in the next episode the Traveler refuses to take Bakugou and Kirishima's help back, they don't want to put them in danger and Bakugou made it apparent he didn't want to help the Traveler. They want to do this journey, even if it kills them, if Bakugou and Kirishima aren't there with them then they won't have to die senseless for a burden like them.

This is my absolute favorite series on youtube. The plot and the editing is top tier, and it's so immersive! I don't usually watch or listen to anything if I've already done so, because I already know what's going to happen, but that doesn't apply to the fantasy series. I can and have listened to the whole series multiple times. I've even tried to make a timeline for this, and if I'm right, traveler has been in this world for just under two months. I really thought in this part that the unicorn ring would come into play, but I also think it'll be used in a *really* high stakes moment sometime in the probably far future, like life or death. I'm thinking when they're at the Strihard mountains. One thing I really, really wanna see in the next part, is traveler using their (healing) magic on bakugou and/or kirishima, since it seemed like they both got somewhat hurt right at the end.

Honestly, I don’t know if they may confess because they’re doing all of this to get traveler home. To confess would make it so much harder for traveler wouldn’t it? At least they would think so, and I don’t think the boys would want that. Though, I do think we’re gonna get some words that are pretty close😊
Honestly, the one thjng that ran through my mind when I rea,ized we emerged from the shadow infront of them is that Traveler better look hot ASF IN THE FANART. Like cloak, fantasy/medival outfit, hair in Traveler's face. ALL OF IT. THIS EPISODE PULLED AT MY HEART STRINGS SO DANG MUCH, AND I CANNOT WAIT FOR THE NEXT EPISODE BC IK SHOTO AND THE OTHERS WILL BE FURIOUS AT SHOTO'S FATHER'S PLAN AND JUST AAAAAAAAAGGGGHHHH I LOVE THIS SERIES SM.
