Many of the duties of the Presidency may be shared by a functional committee, but in times of great crisis decision making always comes down to a single executive. That executive must be physically able to function accordingly.
Do you really believe Joe Biden is currently able to make a quickly informed and reasoned decision about national security when roused from a deep sleep at 3am?
