Why the diamond cut when roasting?
as it cooks it shrinks. The diamond pattern keeps the shape of the roast. It's just like when you cook a ham and score it with the diamond pattern.
He said "add some sausage stuffing to the meat pocket..." as he was gently opening the pork chop. 😅 Im so immature, Thanks for the vid.
Trudeau have so many challenges, but not one of them seems to accomplish 😂
