Hello bro, September mein pangong lake and high altitute area mein what wud be the temperature in day & night. is it manageable. and also heard tht oxygen breathing ki prob aa saktha hai is it true. acclitimazation kuch. plz suggest

1. Day me temperature fine rhta hai koi problem nhi hogi, but night me it will be freezing, and wind all time rhti hai, but it is completely manageble, do watch our vlogs you will get clear idea.
2. Simple rules follow kro,, i.e. Srinagar wale route se jao , leh me 2 night spend kro, koi problem nhi hogi, but phir bhi safety ke liye tablet rakh lo
