That is soooo helpful to know that you can bring your own food and drinks. With kids, snacks are a big deal. So to be able to bring their favorite food/snacks is a big deal.

It’s a fun park with the very very very lazy side of sitting In the lazy river for hours

It took me one time of going with my dad who did do summit plummet for me the next vacation to do it!! It really does take bravery but once it's done it's so much fun!! The one that goes straight then down a couple times is scarier to me than Summit Plummet! 😭 I felt my whole body come off that ride and was like never again 😂

Blizzard Beach I believe was my first ever water park. 21 yrs ago 😲 2002. My friends talked me into going down plummet summit. Walt Disney gave me a wedgie. 🙄 My friend went before me to take a picture of me at the end. I'm sure it wasn't the most flattering pic. Anyway it was a disposable waterproof camera and....we lost it. 😳 Somewhere out there...I don't want to think about it. Glad you are feeling better. Casey you are awesome.

When you going to Volcano Bay? Aquatica? And if you get time, check out Camel Beach in Tannersville, pa, also check out sesame place in langhorne pa, and when you go to Volcano Bay, do a staycation at portofino bay

I'm not sure what your plans are for NYC but a cool way to view the Statue of Liberty and skyline is the Staten Island ferry and it's free to ride!!

LOL sometimes the best thing is to go with the flow and it will surprise you! I will give you a recommendation for really good cookies. I think Alexa and you would love it. It's called schmackary's on W 45th in midtown. They are pretty good!!

Question, does blizzard beach allow selfie sticks? I have an x2 and I know I would get better footage if I could bring the invisible selfie stick. I just use the tripod when I’m at the parks. Have never taken it to a water park.

FYI, the raft ride on top of the mountain is not called “mount gushmore” thats the name of the mountain. The raft ride is called “teamboat springs”
