Salaamun alaykum. Yeah! We love the Marvelous Quran channel because when the Marvelous Quran channel provides a hypothesis or we guess a hypothesis, Dr. Hany provides a series of detailed Quranic ayat to back that hypothesis to attain the clarity of Iman. These are not just speculations, but standing on strong evidence-based ground. Like we loved it when Dr. Hany showed the meaning of Al-Akhira and Al-Ajila. We, who regularly listen to the Marvelous Quran channel, can’t finish counting how many unspoken hidden gems are in every episode to clear our cognitive mind to create more hypotheses just waiting to be unraveled. Looks like the traditional crooked path of interpretation of the Quran not only maligned Muhammad, but also maligned Musa as well, and elevated Eissa Ibn Maryam’s status which he didn't deserve. In plain text, it means the traditionalists accomplished every type of disobedience of Allah and they misguided away from His way. Clearly for the last 1400 years Eissa Ibn Maryam was on a winning side to bring calamities to the world like Pharaoh, after he brought calamities to his own community. And whoever followed this crooked route faced painful punishment including traditional Muslims. We can’t wait to hear the story of Haroon from the Quran to get a clear understanding of the aya 28:19.

Alhamdulillah! I had to pause the video as I was moved to tears by the repeated ayahs with slight differences. I came across these ayahs in the MQ forum where there was a post about "Yasr", he said there might be a connection between the term "Yusr" and "Yasr." So I searched for the ayahs about yusr, and I found Surah 94:5&6. For the past few weeks, I had been wondering about the reason for the repetition of Surah 94 Ayah 5 right after Ayah 6. Finally, Alhamdulillah, I got my answer.

This segment is genuinely stunning. I have watched it twice and will watch it more InshaAllahh. The first time I watched, I was quiet for the whole day. I don’t know what was happening to me, but I was pondering about myself and around me and why we never notice these clear signs Allahh swt kept in the Quran for us. We trusted the Corrupt Tafseer more and their interpretations. Although they wrote many lies and added falsehoods by themselves, which Allahh never told in the Quran, And we take their name with so much respect by calling them “rahmatullah alay,” “RadiAllahuanhu,” and so on. Many questions have gone into my mind. Why did we read the Quran as a ritual, not a guide? Why does no one dare to find faults in the Tafseer and its interpretations? How silly we were? Why were we blindly dependent on our so-called shaikh, scholars, and preachers who themselves never understood what Allahh swt said in the Quran? Why do I never dare to work independently to find the correct translation, and so on? By knowing the truth about the identity of Jibreel, I feel so good and content that the Quran has treasures in it. We need to dig more and find out more. It is not talking about fake, unrealistic, and magical stories. The stories of the Quran have deep meanings and lessons to be learned in them with clear evidence. Amazing Dr Hany., I've watched this segment so many times. and still always find insights that i didn't grasp before. Many of the lessons in here may also apply to what you have experienced in your lives regarding your so called close compnions of friends that don't always have the best interests/intentions for you and basically hypocrites just likethe same time of our Beloved. There are many nasty and vicious people (Viscious Beasts) out there who would want to harm you, injure you. Be weary and careful of them and stead carefully. Don't just watch what they say but watch that they do. SA.

Clearly an immense amount of work and effort went into the research for this episode. I’m planning to watch it a second time because of the sheer importance of the findings. It would be good to know who “Malek” represents in Aya No. 77 Surat Az-Zukhruf. It would also be interesting to know who Israfeel and Azraeel , named in the Hadith, albeit not the holy Quran, are really referring to, if anyone at all. Very grateful to you Dr. Hany.
Salaamun Alaykum. Quote, Khalid Al-Naif: "It would also be interesting to know who Israfeel and Azraeel , also named in the holy Quran, are really referring to." End Quote. The word "Israfeel" { إسرافيل } does not appear in the Quran - nowhere in the Quran! But the root-word does appear in the Quran {سرف}, and it does seem not have any positive connotation. Still - { إسرافيل } does not appear in the Quran. The word "Azraeel" { عزرائيل } also does not appear in the Quran, but it is an (corrupt) interpretation for the term { مَّلَكُ ٱلْمَوْتِ } which does appear in the Quran in Ayah (32:11). The root-word for عزرائيل would be { عزر }, and this root appears in the Quran, still - the word { عزرائيل } appears nowhere in the Quran. The Quran describes those who even though, they were given a scripture, have actually no knowledge of it as "Ummi": (2:78) وَمِنْهُمْ أُمِّيُّونَ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ ٱلْكِتَـٰبَ إِلَّآ أَمَانِىَّ وَإِنْ هُمْ إِلَّا يَظُنُّونَ Approximate meaning: "And among them are "Ummiyoon": (Now follows a definition:) They do not extract evidence based knowledge (3ilm) [about] the Al-Kitab (the message behind the textual layer), except [that by which their] Cognitive Schemas [are indoctrinated by], and they are only guessing (without really knowing)." (2:78) It took me 7 minutes to research online on the words "Israfeel" { إسرافيل } and "Azraeel" { عزرائيل }, to realize that they both do not appear anywhere in the Quran. Please research before claiming anything, which you do not know. These 20 likes you got for your comment are absolutly unjustified and I can't believe that people can be that ignorant and naiv. MàshaAllah! Allah is truly always talking to us. I just happened to find myself pushed to read surah Ta- Ha very early this morning; I did read the surah to verse 30. And now I just find myself here listening to it being the focal point. Alhamdulillah I listened.
Only when we let go of the baggage of preconceptions, can we clear the air of misconceptions. Feasting on the ruminations of intelligent beings instead of merely chewing the cud, regurgitated by mindless things. People's imposition, put in position to stunt spiritual growth and hinder the development of our intellectual disposition. Trying to conform to existing ideas, we easily pass by what is so clear and obvious. Oblivious to all the signs and markings, and principles that anchor our mooring. Displaying our belief and fervour, by standing and sitting in search for the night of power. Our messenger never left. He was among us all these days - the Qur'an and its glorious ways. Abandoning him, we put others in his place. Enamoured by books compiled by men and claiming they are filled with grace. That those who believe must follow and embrace, to prove their worth as an obedient race. And through unyielding loyalty and unwavering attachment, find safety from disgrace. His habits and actions enshrined in glorified tomes. The message, entombed in the sands of time, rather than being absorbed in our hearts and homes!

Salaamun Alaykum. Alhamdulillah. Yes, another landmark segment and it took me awhile to complete watching, listening and learning. It is worth the patience and wait so that I do not missed any knowledge and information being shared. I still have to revisit this segment again to take more notes. It make sense and make one content as we now know that angles are not mysterious beings (almost like a myth) but are past messengers and/or prophets (in different form). This collaborates easily with the concept of Qareen in terms of returning from previous life for a specific mission or purpose. However, to return as Qareen is more related to punishment. People relate to people, so it for continuity, passing the baton so to speak along with tons of knowledge. Our beloved SAWS is the human form but the message should have triggered the remembrance (and comprehension) of Bani Issraa'il and to help them in transition from Torah to the Qur'an. Those who missed or rejected the signs may missed the boat but is still not too late, especially with the Qur'an it is the direct guidance that one should strive for. The markings "Kawol" لَقَوْلُ - the speech; and "Rasoolim Kareem" رَسُولٍ كَرِيمٍ - soft-spoken emissary (angel) are key pieces to put together, just like the pieces of a puzzle to complete the whole picture - as in QS (44:17) where Allahh tells us: ....وَجَاءَهُمْ رَسُولٌ كَرِيمٌ, ie. Mūssā is رَسُولٌ كَرِيمٌ (soft-spoken messenger aka angel). The evidence that caught me most is QS (4:163-165), where in Aya 164+165 the expression: ...وَكَلَّمَ اللَّهُ مُوسَىٰ تَكْلِيمًا رُّسُلًا مُّبَشِّرِينَ وَمُنذِرِينَ... ...And Allahh permitted/enabled Mūssã to speak (and on his behalf as Jibreel) many times (to) Messengers providing glad tidings, and warning, ... Allahh wants us to understand His message (the Qur'an) and the process is through direct guidance. Thus those who seek to understand and accept the truth with certainty will appreciate the efforts put in the tadabur or toiling in the Qur'an. On the other hand, compared to being spoon fed or being too straight forward where typical human behaviour tend to take it for granted. Especially when there are nothing much to lose (time, efforts and resources) but lots to gain (perceived rewards). Jazakallahu Khair Dr Hany for sharing. "Our lord! Musa is such an incredible personality with utmost selflessness. Such a role model to emulate. Alhamdulillah. His character too is tatnished in the tradition saying how he was hot tempered and argues with Allahh SWT!
Who gave Musa the Torah the physical book? "Praise be to Allahh who guided us to this, and we were never to be guided were it not for Allahh guiding us! Indeed the messengers from our lord have brought the truth (from him)!
Maybe Nūh (as mīikal) gave it to Mūssa. Remember,, before mussa all the anbiyā received and learned in the footsteps of Nuh (such as Ibrahim i.e.: 37:83) So maybe Nuh as miikal was teaching all the anbiya (before and Mussa)… After the Torah received and after his terrestrial life mussa took the function of teaching the Nabiyun after him, so became Jibril as discussed in this video. That is first thing coming to my mind… further toiling would be better.

Salaamun alaykum. Yeah! We love the Marvelous Quran channel because when the Marvelous Quran channel provides a hypothesis or we guess a hypothesis, Dr. Hany provides a series of detailed Quranic ayat to back that hypothesis to attain the clarity of Iman. These are not just speculations, but standing on strong evidence-based ground. Like we loved it when Dr. Hany showed the meaning of Al-Akhira and Al-Ajila. We, who regularly listen to the Marvelous Quran channel, can’t finish counting how many unspoken hidden gems are in every episode to clear our cognitive mind to create more hypotheses just waiting to be unraveled.
Looks like the traditional crooked path of interpretation of the Quran not only maligned Muhammad, but also maligned Musa as well, and elevated Eissa Ibn Maryam’s status which he didn't deserve. In plain text, it means the traditionalists accomplished every type of disobedience of Allah and they misguided away from His way. Clearly for the last 1400 years Eissa Ibn Maryam was on a winning side to bring calamities to the world like Pharaoh, after he brought calamities to his own community. And whoever followed this crooked route faced painful punishment including traditional Muslims.
We can’t wait to hear the story of Haroon from the Quran to get a clear understanding of the aya 28:19.

Alhamdulillah! I had to pause the video as I was moved to tears by the repeated ayahs with slight differences.
I came across these ayahs in the MQ forum where there was a post about "Yasr", he said there might be a connection between the term "Yusr" and "Yasr."
So I searched for the ayahs about yusr, and I found Surah 94:5&6.
For the past few weeks, I had been wondering about the reason for the repetition of Surah 94 Ayah 5 right after Ayah 6.
Finally, Alhamdulillah, I got my answer.

This segment is genuinely stunning. I have watched it twice and will watch it more InshaAllahh. The first time I watched, I was quiet for the whole day. I don’t know what was happening to me, but I was pondering about myself and around me and why we never notice these clear signs Allahh swt kept in the Quran for us. We trusted the Corrupt Tafseer more and their interpretations. Although they wrote many lies and added falsehoods by themselves, which Allahh never told in the Quran, And we take their name with so much respect by calling them “rahmatullah alay,” “RadiAllahuanhu,” and so on. Many questions have gone into my mind. Why did we read the Quran as a ritual, not a guide? Why does no one dare to find faults in the Tafseer and its interpretations? How silly we were? Why were we blindly dependent on our so-called shaikh, scholars, and preachers who themselves never understood what Allahh swt said in the Quran? Why do I never dare to work independently to find the correct translation, and so on?
By knowing the truth about the identity of Jibreel, I feel so good and content that the Quran has treasures in it. We need to dig more and find out more. It is not talking about fake, unrealistic, and magical stories. The stories of the Quran have deep meanings and lessons to be learned in them with clear evidence. Subhan’Allahh, I am so impressed by the new disclosure that Jibreel is no other than Mussa. Subhan’Allahh, I feel more attachment to Deen and the Quran. Thank you so much, Dr. Hany. Amazing Dr Hany., I've watched this segment so many times. and still always find insights that i didn't grasp before. Many of the lessons in here may also apply to what you have experienced in your lives regarding your so called close compnions of friends that don't always have the best interests/intentions for you and basically hypocrites just likethe same time of our Beloved. There are many nasty and vicious people (Viscious Beasts) out there who would want to harm you, injure you. Be weary and careful of them and stead carefully. It would be good to know who “Malek” represents in Aya No. 77 Surat Az-Zukhruf. It would also be interesting to know who Israfeel and Azraeel , named in the Hadith, albeit not the holy Quran, are really referring to, if anyone at all. Very grateful to you Dr. Hany.

The word "Israfeel" { إسرافيل } does not appear in the Quran - nowhere in the Quran! But the root-word does appear in the Quran {سرف}, and it does seem not have any positive connotation. Still - { إسرافيل } does not appear in the Quran.
The word "Azraeel" { عزرائيل } also does not appear in the Quran, but it is an (corrupt) interpretation for the term { مَّلَكُ ٱلْمَوْتِ } which does appear in the Quran in Ayah (32:11). The root-word for عزرائيل would be { عزر }, and this root appears in the Quran, still - the word { عزرائيل } appears nowhere in the Quran.
The Quran describes those who even though, they were given a scripture, have actually no knowledge of it as "Ummi":
(2:78) وَمِنْهُمْ أُمِّيُّونَ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ ٱلْكِتَـٰبَ إِلَّآ أَمَانِىَّ وَإِنْ هُمْ إِلَّا يَظُنُّونَ
Approximate meaning:
"And among them are "Ummiyoon": (Now follows a definition:)
They do not extract evidence based knowledge (3ilm) [about] the Al-Kitab (the message behind the textual layer), except [that by which their] Cognitive Schemas [are indoctrinated by], and they are only guessing (without really knowing)." (2:78)
It took me 7 minutes to research online on the words "Israfeel" { إسرافيل } and "Azraeel" { عزرائيل }, to realize that they both do not appear anywhere in the Quran. Please research before claiming anything, which you do not know.

Only when we let go of the baggage of preconceptions, can we clear the air of misconceptions. Feasting on the ruminations of intelligent beings instead of merely chewing the cud, regurgitated by mindless things.
People's imposition, put in position to stunt spiritual growth and hinder the development of our intellectual disposition. Trying to conform to existing ideas, we easily pass by what is so clear and obvious.
Oblivious to all the signs and markings, and principles that anchor our mooring. Displaying our belief and fervour, by standing and sitting in search for the night of power.
Our messenger never left. He was among us all these days - the Qur'an and its glorious ways. Abandoning him, we put others in his place. Enamoured by books compiled by men and claiming they are filled with grace.
That those who believe must follow and embrace, to prove their worth as an obedient race. And through unyielding loyalty and unwavering attachment, find safety from disgrace.

Yes, another landmark segment and it took me awhile to complete watching, listening and learning. It is worth the patience and wait so that I do not missed any knowledge and information being shared.
I still have to revisit this segment again to take more notes.
It make sense and make one content as we now know that angles are not mysterious beings (almost like a myth) but are past messengers and/or prophets (in different form). This collaborates easily with the concept of Qareen in terms of returning from previous life for a specific mission or purpose. However, to return as Qareen is more related to punishment.
People relate to people, so it for continuity, passing the baton so to speak along with tons of knowledge. Our beloved SAWS is the human form but the message should have triggered the remembrance (and comprehension) of Bani Issraa'il and to help them in transition from Torah to the Qur'an. Those who missed or rejected the signs may missed the boat but is still not too late, especially with the Qur'an it is the direct guidance that one should strive for.
The markings "Kawol" لَقَوْلُ - the speech; and "Rasoolim Kareem" رَسُولٍ كَرِيمٍ - soft-spoken emissary (angel) are key pieces to put together, just like the pieces of a puzzle to complete the whole picture - as in QS (44:17) where Allahh tells us: ....وَجَاءَهُمْ رَسُولٌ كَرِيمٌ, ie. Mūssā is رَسُولٌ كَرِيمٌ (soft-spoken messenger aka angel).
The evidence that caught me most is QS (4:163-165), where in Aya 164+165 the expression:
...وَكَلَّمَ اللَّهُ مُوسَىٰ تَكْلِيمًا رُّسُلًا مُّبَشِّرِينَ وَمُنذِرِينَ...
...And Allahh permitted/enabled Mūssã to speak (and on his behalf as Jibreel) many times (to) Messengers providing glad tidings, and warning, ...
Allahh wants us to understand His message (the Qur'an) and the process is through direct guidance. Thus those who seek to understand and accept the truth with certainty will appreciate the efforts put in the tadabur or toiling in the Qur'an.
On the other hand, compared to being spoon fed or being too straight forward where typical human behaviour tend to take it for granted. Especially when there are nothing much to lose (time, efforts and resources) but lots to gain (perceived rewards).

Remember,, before mussa all the anbiyā received and learned in the footsteps of Nuh (such as Ibrahim i.e.: 37:83)
So maybe Nuh as miikal was teaching all the anbiya (before and Mussa)…
After the Torah received and after his terrestrial life mussa took the function of teaching the Nabiyun after him, so became Jibril as discussed in this video.
