To hit them on your bike with melee weapon you hold a/x then press right bumper or left bumper and then when you want to hit someone you let go of the buttons- if you want to kick someone you do the same but with unarmed

To glide straight wiggle it so on Xbox when I glide when I get in the right position I wiggle the stick in a circular motion and it won't actually change your direction but will keep you gliding straight
