I love the Video in terms of perspektive, editing, cutting etc. It's a pleasure to watch! The building itself has its own beauty. However I am deeply reminded of the buildings we lived in during sovjet Times. DDR hyped them up. It had alot to do with the colours of the concrete. In Germany we call it Plattenbau. It has a negative social context here to come from or live in a Plattenbau. Though I think it got better with time. So Yeah, this house is not for me. I need more plants and trees integrated

Wow, what a poor building. Brutalist architecture went out in the 1960s and should stay there. If the materials were good and refined the facade the building would be better. He needs to study European architecture in more detail to refine the product.
