- Today we hunt $1000 in Brinks Wrapped halves from my local 5/3rd Bank. Todays boxes were not a disappointment. Skunk was short lived. We were on the silver and it was pretty blingy silver to boot. Enjoy!

Finished my 6 boxes for the week, all skunks once again for silver. Some nice NIFCs but nobody really wants them. So, im on a 12 box skunk.... BTW....ask your LCS if they want the au/unc 1982 and 1983 halves....mine is giving me $2 apiece for them...

Much better than last weeks! These were considered just ok boxes not too long ago...but I am like you...any silver I find nowadays is a great box! Picking up my next 6 boxes on Wednesday, last week all 6 were skunks. But still fun to hunt!

You sir do a great job with your coin roll hunt videos. Who knows why there’s always someone with a negative comment and without any explanation for such comment. Maybe subhuman nature?
I don't mind the weird comments... would rather get a comment then not get a comment, but I do like to call out some of the weird ones. Somebody telling my I have ruined Coin Roll Hunting for EVERYTHING is actually pretty funny.
Great video again. Really enjoy it. Our half dollars up here in Canada have been out of circulation for a long time but I talked to my bank teller couple weeks ago and she said they still get people depositing old dollar and 1/2 dollar coins into the bank. I asked if I could buy them from them and they said for sure. First coin purchase didn’t turn up any silver but last week I bought $90 in half dollars and found $49 in 80% silver coins equaling about $1000 in silver value alone. I can’t imagine having luck like that again. Keep up the great work!

Great thing to come home to from work. Glad to see the skunk has left (The Walker still eludes you). Just started another two penny boxes, and so far only cool thins is a greased out 200* something penny (can't really read the date). Looking forward to more from ya GA!
About half way through a nickel box. Hopefully can finish it tonight.

Do you pay any fee because my banks want me to pay a fee per box
So one bank I used to order from said they were going to start charging me so I don't order from there anymore... knock on wood. None of my other sources are charging me... yet.

Question for you. How do you order your $500 kenndy halves coin boxes? Cold call banks or online? Don't want to upset my local banks so asking for your tips for efficiency in getting $500 kennedy half box.
Typically you can only order boxes from banks where you have an account. There is no magic. Just ask. Some banks will. Some branches will while others won't. I have some Wells Fargo branches that have no issue ordering boxes. I have others that won't. I have some branches that won't give me more than 2 rolls of any denomination. You just have to go around. Asking in person is also better in my opinion.

Do you ever find any silver in Brinks boxes? I heard they installed tech on their machines that won't let silver coins get thru, like Coinstar machines.
That was an excellent lesson on just how many rolls you have to go through. It is a very laborious process you have to love.

So answer me this question when you’re done looking for all the silver and the dates and stuff do you just bag them all up and take them back to the bank or do coin roll then then take back to the bank. Glory to GOD!
I have to reroll and take back to the bank... almost always a different bank than the one I picked them up from, unless its quarters, dimes, nickels, pennies as the bank typically needs those. Others have access to banks with free coin machines.
