I noticed if you are using MTC as a mode of payment and opting to use the expressway to save time,then,youd rather use the normal mombasa road, youll end up saving time, Expressway seems to favor the ETC clients if matters time is considered,the rest are just tourists wanting to view Nairobi from the Top 😀
